Con gran alegr\u00eda y emoci\u00f3n nos fuimos a Cochabamba del 1ero al 5 de Noviembre de este a\u00f1o a dictar el primer diplomado de Doulas presencial y online de AuroraMadre, invitados por un grupo fabuloso de mujeres del colectivo llamado Gestarte. Gracias a la intencionalidad compartida, logramos unir en \u201csororidad institucional\u201d a dos agrupaciones que palpitamos por la maternidad, el nacimiento humanizado y la crianza respetuosa.<\/p>\n
En conjunto realizamos en Llajta (t\u00e9rmino quechua-aymara que data de la \u00e9poca incaica para nombrar a Cochabamba) una planificaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n a nuestro diplomado de doulas en sinergia con esta novel y poderosa agrupaci\u00f3n, iniciando una amistad y cooperaci\u00f3n que todas sentimos. Un lazo colorido de cabello y tullma (pieza de tejido de colores para trenzar el cabello de las mujeres bolivianas) matiz\u00f3 el intercambio convertido en ritual de uni\u00f3n entre nosotras las doulas.<\/p>\n
Confirmamos durante las sesiones intensas del trabajo personal propio del dise\u00f1o curricular del diplomado como todas aliger\u00e1bamos el peso de la sombra del lado oscuro al liberar con l\u00e1grimas, risas y abrazos procesos compartidos. Nuestras mentes crecieron al desarrollar competencias como la empat\u00eda, la comprensi\u00f3n, autoconfianza, trabajo en equipo y cooperaci\u00f3n. Nuestras almas encontraron la ocasi\u00f3n para dar y recibir amor entre nosotras. Sentimos a estas mujeres transformarse con nosotros para reafirmar que la educaci\u00f3n debe ir acompa\u00f1ada de la formaci\u00f3n de una integridad y entereza emocional que potencie nuestras capacidades y resiliencia. Esto es especialmente valioso si trabajamos en salud reproductiva y con las mujeres en un momento tan trascendental como el parto.<\/p>\n
Intercambiamos datos e informaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica abordando la actualidad de conceptos claves de la micobiota, epigen\u00e9tica, hormonas y neurociencias desde una perspectiva comprensible y pr\u00e1ctica. Vislumbramos el encuentro entre la ciencia y la magia en la profundidad de estos temas y nos sentimos alineados con nuestro lema: AuroraMadre, arte y ciencia de parir\u2026<\/p>\n
Danza, tambores y canto desde el sentimiento femenino cerraron este primer encuentro con Gestarte, donde mujeres, hombres y ni\u00f1as(os) celebramos la vida, el amor y el nacimiento con m\u00fasica ancestral de nuestros montes andinos.<\/p>\n
Y nos despedimos alegres y entusiasmadas por el pr\u00f3ximo reencuentro para continuar con el contacto cercano y la formaci\u00f3n online tejiendo redes por la humanizaci\u00f3n del parto y el nacimiento.<\/p>\n

With great joy, we traveled to Cochabamba on November 1st of this year to teach the 1st AuroraMadre <\/strong>forum and online course of Certified of Doulas. We were invited by a wonderful group of women from the Colectivo Gestarte. Thanks to our common goals, we were able to unify two groups into one \u00a0\u201creverberating concept\u201d. Two organizations (o two hearts) that beat for the ideas of motherhood, humanized birth, and respectful upbringing.<\/p>\n In Cochabamba or Llajta, an old Inca term, as it is named in Quechua-Aymara, and in synergy with this strong, newly form group; we planned and adapted new concepts to our certified of doulas. We cooperated with each other, and sensed the beginning of a friendship. A colored ribbon of hair and tullma* shaded this exchange, which became a ritual of unification between us, Doulas.<\/p>\n *A knitted colorful piece used by Bolivian women to braid their hair.<\/p>\n During the personal work sessions, we ratified the liberation of the weight of the shadows, as we released our own shared processes through crying, laughing, and hugging. THis is an essential part of the curriculum design of the Certified of Doulas. Our minds grew as we developed skills such as empathy, understanding, self-confidence, teamwork, and cooperation. Our souls found the time to exchange love among us. We perceived the transformation of these women through our teaching, confirming that education must be accompanied by an emotional integrity that empowers our abilities and resilience. This is extremely valued if we work in reproductive health, and with women, at a transcendental moment such as the moment of birth.<\/p>\n We exchanged data and scientific information talking about key concept of mycobiota, epigenetics, hormones, and neuroscience from an empirical \u00a0and understandable perspective.<\/p>\n We glimpsed the encounter between science and magic in the depth of these concepts, and we felt in alignment with our motto: Auroramadre,<\/strong> art and birth science\u2026<\/p>\n We closed this first exchange with Gestarte with dances, drums, and singing filled with feminine emotions. Women, men, and children celebrated life, love and birth with ancestral music from the Andean mountains.<\/p>\n And we said farewell happy and excited for the next exchange, to continue the close encounter and the online teaching, knitting webs for the humanized birth and childbirth.<\/p>\n From Auroramadre<\/strong>.
